Location: Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities:
• Answers and directs calls in a professional manner.
• Greets visitors in a professional manner.
• Maintains appearance of reception and common areas.
• Operates standard office equipment and assists employees with use of equipment.
• Trains new hires on use of office equipment.
• Receives and distributes mail and deliveries.
• Maintains conference room calendar as needed.
• Schedules and assists with coordination of meetings to include preparing conference rooms and coordinating catering.
• Maintains general office and breakroom supplies.
• Purchases office and breakroom supplies in compliance with purchasing authority.
• Streamlines ordering processes to optimize efficiency.
• Works directly with office related vendors and may negotiate pricing/contracts.
• Assists with event planning. May include quoting and contract negotiations.
• Assures professional and discreet handling of all business.
• General file maintenance.
• Maintains company announcement monitor.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required. Some college desirable.
• Experience in a related role requiring independent judgement and front office support.
• Ability to work independently while proactively seeking out office and team needs.
• Experience and demonstrated competencies in MS Office products with high attention to detail and professionalism.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills and ability to self-prioritize and muti-task.
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Essential customer service skills/experience required.
• Comfortable with all aspects of office equipment.
