Location: Maple Grove, MN
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal customers to understand product and communication needs. Partners in the creation of creative briefs.
- Works with an internal team as well as agency/creative/consultants to develop and coordinate strategic campaigns keeping them on schedule and on-budget.
- Assists in creating and managing the marketing communications integrated marketing plan and tactical calendar.
- Coordinates marketing communication initiatives with Digital Marketing, Sales, and marketing partners.
- Ensures consistency in branding, key messaging, and audience experience across channels.
- Collaborates with the Sales and other internal groups to develop a library of promotional and communication templates for teams to deploy.
- Works with Tradeshow/Events Manager to develop & coordinate communications to supports industry meetings and trade show exhibits.
- Assists in coordination of print production, print materials portal, digital asset management system and brand standards updates.
- Manages MarComm vendor relationships and workstreams.
- Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
- Tracks and reports key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.
- Track’s competition/pain industry market activity to help inform SPR marketing strategies.
- Compiles and tracks campaign budgets.
- Assists in copywriting, proofreading all creative communications and serves as primary marcomm reviewer prior to PRT review.
- Coordinates internal/corporate communications.
- Use and champion internal project management tools and processes.
- Updates weekly/monthly reports to identify successes and areas for improvement and optimization.
- Supports presentations to Internal Leadership & Board of Directors.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience with B2B-focused marketing communications, internal communications, social media, public relations or advertising.
- Solid understanding of marketing communications strategies and executions to drive awareness and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation and sales enablement tools (Pardot/Salesforce) required.
- Budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment yet independently productive.
- Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills; marketing and technical.
- Creative thinking and writing skills.
- Easily adaptable.
- Analytic skills to gather information, evaluate data, and present results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Time management and attention to detail is essential.
- Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Experience within medical device or healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Word Press is strongly preferred.
